Owner Privileges at Maggie Valley Club & Resort

Peppertree owners and guests will have use of all MVC amenities during scheduled hours.
Peppertree owners have access to all social events at the MVC (at member rates).
Peppertree owners will pay a $30 (including tax) cart fee per person and $12.50 including tax per person for the second daily round.
Peppertree owners will pay $5 for range balls.
A 10% discount to Peppertree owners and guests at the Pin High Bar & Grille on food purchases as well as 10% discount on apparel and golf equipment at Maggie Valley Club Golf Shop.
Peppertree exchange guests will receive $10 off published rack rates for golf.
Peppertree owners and guests may participate in any future reciprocity MVC establishes with other clubs.
