Peppertree Maggie Valley Policies Check-in/Out Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday. If you plan to arrive after hours, please call the front office prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions. Privileges for Peppertree Owners at Maggie Valley Club and Resort Peppertree owners and guests will have use of all MVC amenities during scheduled hours. Peppertree owners have access to all social events at the MVC (at member rates). Peppertree owners will pay a $30 cart fee per person.
