Privileges for Peppertree Owners at Maggie Valley Club and Resort

• Peppertree owners and guests will have use of all MVC amenities during scheduled hours.
• Peppertree owners have access to all social events at the MVC (at member rates).
• Peppertree owners will pay a $30 cart fee per person. The 18-hole replay rate is $25.00 per player and the 9-hole replay rate is $15.00 per player.
• Peppertree owners will pay $5 for range balls.
• A 10% discount to Peppertree owners and guests at the Pin High Bar & Grille on food purchases as well as 10% discount on apparel and golf equipment at Maggie Valley Club Golf Shop.
• Peppertree exchange guests will receive $10 off published rack rates for golf.
• Peppertree owners and guests may participate in any future reciprocity MVC establishes with other clubs.
